The suspense lingers on in the matter between Santos and Safa Western Cape which was up for litigation in the High Court, has been postponed to Friday 14 November at 11:30.
No Bones with Jones was informed that the court was caught up with a previous hearing and due to limited time, Judge Pather informed the two parties that the case will be rolled over to Friday.
This follows after Safa Western Cape expelled Santos from the ABC recently for allegedly failing to pay their affiliation fees of R10 000 while the Santos on the other hand wanted requested a set-off as the province owes them outstanding monies as well.
The case is going to arbitration next week and Safa has already submitted a list of three arbitrators from which the parties can agree.
