Hope (juniors) in full swing and ready to conquer New Crossroads LFA

The heroics and success of Hope FC in its debut season have not only increased its popularity and footprint in SA football but also opened doors for young and talented players from Cape Town.

Despite releasing about 14 players recently following their promotion to the National First Division, Hope FC has managed to secure possible life-changing moves for two of its talented players, Liam April (pictured), who was snapped up by Durban City.

Meanwhile, players like Shalon McGear, Riyaaz Koopstadt, Jayden Fransch, Jaden Valentine and others will have to seek greener pastures, but shouldn’t be without a club for long – especially Fransch, who has received some offers from Cape Town as well as up north.

It’s also come to light that Hope’s hierarchy will no longer pursue their collaboration with Cape Town All Stars at Malta Park and has now decided to affiliate to the new crossroads LFA – coupled with the appointment of Roscoe Pietersen as the club’s Head of Youth, it’s safe to say Hope is in full swing and ready to conquer!
