Antalyaspor Cape Town striker Cole Schoeman is currently being assessed by the National First Division outfit La Masia FC.
This news has been confirmed to No Bones with Jones by a highly placed source at the ABC Motsepe League club adding that they have released the 23-year-old attacker to fulfil his dream.
“To be quite honest, it is a bit of a blow for us as he has been our go-to man in terms of goals,” said the source. “But we are not a club that will stand in the way of our players’ growth and development. So, we wish Cole everything of the best.”
Cole, the oldest son of the former Bafana Bafana defender Frank Scoeman, is also a former product of Ajax Cape Town.
It is believed that the Port Elizabeth-born striker has caught the eye of the former Bafana Bafana winger Daine Klate who is currently the coach of the Westbury-based club and keen on acquiring the striker’s services.
