The Hout Bay United Football Community (HBUFC) has terminated the services of their head coach Ryan Botha and Bradley August due to apparent budget constraints.
However, our website can confirm that the HBUFC has in turn appointed a Spaniard in Borja Herranz as their new head coach for the 2023/’24 Safa Cape Town Second Division campaign.
Herranz, a young Spanish coach from San Blas in Madrid, will be assisted by the former Ajax Cape Town striker Nathan Paulse along with Xolani Ndude as his lieutenant.
Paulse will also serve a specific role as a consultant for individual development coaching and mentoring.
The former Moroka Swallow striker Noel Cousins has been appointed as the club’s football director.
