Safa WC’s Modipa and Konstabel guilty of contempt of court – again… sentence pending!

The Western Cape High Court has found Safa Western Cape guilty of contempt of court – again!

Not to mention the contempt of court that is pending in the matter between the province and Santos FC in the case related to the Women’s Sasol League.

No Bones with Jones has been informed that Safa WC sent a “ridiculous” proposal to Santos’ legal team to settle, whereby they requested that Santos’ owner, Goolam Allie, must apologize and accept his fate in the Nedbank Cup.

Judge Pather will hand down the sentence on Monday which could be a fine of R50 000 each for Safa WC’s chairman Tankiso Modipa and his secretary, Nadia Konstabel. There is also a possibility they could be handed a prison term of 30 days. On Monday all will be revealed.
