‘Tollie’ upright and ready to poke rivals with YMO in Third Division

It is clear as daylight that Franklyn Davies (pictured) will be the man in the hotseat for the Hollywoodbets Third Division newbie YMO St Lukes this season.

Davies, a former co-coach at Silver Spurs and Premier United, was seen barking orders on the touchline in a friendly against the second division side Junction Rovers recently confirming he’ll be head coach at YMO after the latter’s acquisition of Crystal Palace’s third division status a couple of weeks ago.

It remains to be seen as to who will be assisting Tollie, as Davies is called, due to the volume of personnel within the club’s technical team.

No Bones with Jones was informed that Davies has been asked not to communicate with the media as all will apparently be revealed at their launch in a couple of days’ time – but for now Davies remained tight-lipped.

Our website has also been informed there is a deeper connection between Davies and Palace’s new owners as both parties are in the same industry.

Davies, a sewing machine technician, apparently also has a business relationship with the owners who happen to own one of the leading suppliers of sewing machines and equipment called African Sewing Machine company (Afsew).

It’s believed that Davies needed a change of scenery in an attempt to elevate his coaching career and the project with YMO can either make or break him – fingers crossed!
