FC Tafelzucht’s general Yaseen Hartley’s (pictured) fine football display in the Coke Cup this season has not gone unnoticed.
No Bones with Jones can confirm that Hartley has been lined up for a pro move to the First Division to join Shaun Pietersen’s Pretoria Callies.
The 23-year-old versatile player has already had two training sessions with Callies – and the coaches like what they see.
Word communicated to our website is: He has the perfect personality and profile to fit in with our culture,” a high-ranking source pointed out.
That said our website can divulge that the move is set to be a formality and there is no doubt that he will fly the flag of his club with great aplomb. Hartely will first try and help the Tafelsig-based club to win their very first Coke Cup final against Vasco da Gama on 26 October at the Athlone Stadium.
Hartley, a former product of Ajax Cape Town, helped is coached by his father Oswald Sauls and plays alongside his brother Luke Sauls at Tafelzucht.
A former Hanover Park FC player is a midfielder with an eye for goals and has already netted 11 goals in all competitions this season. He also has the ability to play as a goalkeeper.
