Good Golly – now Hope FC may get Keegan Dolly!

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Keagan Dolly has resurfaced at the newly promoted Motsepe Championship side Hope FC – while apparently weighing up his options for a move abroad.

No Bones with Jones has been informed that Dolly is currently on an assessment with the Immortals, as Hope is called.

So, too, is Dolly’s former Cape Town City teammate Taahir Goedeman along with another City player in Lyle Lakay.

It must be noted that the services of Goedeman and Lakay will probably be sorted if Hope’s hierarchy can find common ground.

Hope already indicated that they will not sign the left-footer Yusuf Jappie on a full-time basis after the former Durban City player was training with the club.

This makes one believe that Hope’s hierarchy will probably go for a lefty with more pedigree and experience; therefore, Dolly’s move could become permanent if the two parties can agree on a pay structure.

It’s pretty clear that Hope is on a mission after they acquired quality and seasoned campaigners like Lyle Lakay and Miguel Timm in recent weeks.
