Former FN Rangers and Santos hardman Rabian Beukes (pictured) says he is still “undecided” on his future and should have more clarity on his future in the new year.
The 25-year-old lanky centre-back is almost back to full recovery following an ACL injury, which has kept him on the sidelines after doing duty for Rangers more than a season ago.
Beukes explained to No Bones with Jones: “I’m 80 percent recovered and almost there. I’m also back in the gym to strengthen my knee. I told myself that I don’t want to overexert or push myself too hard, so I’m expected to be back in January and will make a decision then,” he added.
There is no doubt that Beukes – who cut his teeth as a Silver Spurs player in the Third Division – will add value wherever he puts pen to paper, as he is one of those physical and uncompromising defenders who make his presence known.
Needless to say, Beukes will be a real coup for any side, preferably in the ABC Motsepe League, hence it will come as no surprise if the teams line up – no pun intended – for his signature.
