Salt River/Blackpool delighted to partner with Camps Bay FC to compete in Hollywoodbets Third Division

Salt River Blackpool has been the talk of the town of late – and all for the wrong reasons!

Alas! Amidst the scandalous and raucous behaviour there is a tiny shining light which must allow football to flourish…

This time Blackpool seem to have a more grip on matters when they announced their new partnership with the Hollywoodbets Third Division club Camps Bay FC to compete in the upcoming Third Division.

Blackpool’s chairman Iqbal Kasker says this is our commitment to help create a platform for talent to shine.

“We are happy to be part of this project,” Kasker said to No Bones with Jones. “We have a strong connection with Anees Abbas and Coach Dougie Williams. When we were involved with the SRB-ASD project, this opportunity came up and there was no way we would let it pass.

“The project does not only involve the Hollywood bets set up, but we will also be focusing on grassroots football development with regular coaching programmes throughout this partnership,” Kasker concluded.

This is indeed an interesting development and how the two entities will blend in together as one, is just as exciting to see.

All the best to these two clubs and hopefully their vision and dreams with this partnership can be realized.
